Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, analyze, and study documents and data from government entities related to legal consultations assigned to the department.
  • •Communicate with legal advisory providers to clarify issues and obtain additional documents for drafting initial opinions.
  • •Prepare initial reasoned legal opinions on inquiries from government units, following approved procedures.
  • •Prepare final legal opinions and present to supervisor for final review.
  • •Draft regulatory memos and settlement agreements, and provide legal opinions on administrative decisions when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in law, Master's or Doctorate also acceptable; Arabic/English language proficiency required
  • •4-8 years of relevant professional experience (adjusted by educational level as described in the posting)
  • •Excellent legal drafting, writing, and analytical skills with strong knowledge of Dubai laws and regulations
  • •Ability to perform legal research, analyze documents, and prepare initial and final legal opinions
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
