Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect robust Signal Integrity and Power Integrity solutions using first-principles engineering fundamentals.
  • •Perform pre-layout and post-layout SI/PI analysis using time-domain and frequency-domain methodologies.
  • •Balance performance, power, cost, and design margin without unnecessary over-design.
  • •Develop practical design guidelines and best practices to enable successful platform execution.
  • •Correlate simulations with measurements and continuously improve modeling accuracy and methodology.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, return current behavior, crosstalk, S-parameters, jitter, channel analysis, and power delivery networks.
  • •Ability to perform hand calculations, estimations, and engineering sanity checks before relying on simulations.
  • •Hands-on experience with industry-standard Signal Integrity tools, including Ansys, Sigrity, and Keysight.
  • •Strong knowledge of high-speed interfaces, including high-speed memory and SERDES.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
