Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and maintain applications in the managed portfolio, including regular updates and patches.
  • •Monitor application performance metrics, optimize configurations, and conduct performance testing and tuning.
  • •Provide L2 technical support and resolve application incidents in a timely manner, documenting requests and outcomes via a ticketing system.
