Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a workstream from start to finish, including defining the question, selecting the method, conducting analysis, writing the answer, and defending conclusions.
  • •Oversee 1–2 Associates by setting the approach, reviewing output, and helping them improve.
  • •Deliver a section of the client deliverable with recommendations and supporting evidence.
  • •Handle challenging tasks such as war game rounds, buyer interview programs, and diligence workstreams with light supervision.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact between formal meetings, answering real-time questions, managing expectations, reviewing data critically, and flagging when standard answers don’t fit client needs.

Salary: USD 145,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least four years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar field.
  • •Experience managing a workstream and making recommendations.
  • •Be the person who provides answers in meetings (not just taking notes).
  • •Ability to quickly turn an unclear brief into a clear plan, usually within a day.
  • •Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace; able to build reliable models and deliver concise CEO-ready presentations.
