Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end project design and delivery for refinery, oil & gas, petrochemical, and other customers, including consulting and execution with the team.
  • •Manage development of functional and concept technical design specifications and provide technical guidance to project teams.
  • •Ensure implementation is reviewed against project standards and quality documents, and confirm final deliverables meet end-user functional specifications.
  • •Identify, advise, and incorporate modifications in simulation configuration; anticipate project risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • •Conduct project reviews with customers, interface for technical queries, support technical proposal reviews during bid phase, and drive product improvement and team skill enhancement.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2+ years of simulation experience for refining/petrochemical process, plus minimum 2 years in plant operations.
  • •Strong domain knowledge of refinery process and critical sections, with hands-on simulation modeling for reactors, furnaces, turbines, etc.
  • •Strong chemical engineering principles and operations knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of DCS and ESD (added advantage).
  • •Good communication, writing, and presentation skills with strong customer relationship management.
