Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategy and roadmap for the merchant’s daily digital experience.
  • •Lead merchant-facing products and journeys from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • •Improve live experiences across activation, engagement, retention, and frequency of use.
  • •Own core journeys across onboarding, verification, account management, payments, settlements, money movement, reporting, and servicing.
  • •Align cross-functional teams and external partners around shared bets, defining outcomes and metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product-management experience.
  • •Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated financial environment.
  • •Experience building mobile banking, business banking, mobile wallet, or high-frequency financial products.
  • •Deep ownership of end-to-end customer journeys and the outcomes they drive.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence and clarity.
