Key Responsibilities

  • •Project Engineering & Consulting: participate in customer projects focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation, including research, benchmarking, testing, reference architectures, sizing, migration, and tooling.
  • •Consultative Support: provide case-initiated consultative support for strategic users and customers, assisting with implementation, onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
  • •Provide architectural, technical, and migration assistance with hands-on tasks.
  • •Support Team involvement: handle L1-L3 cases and communications when not on projects.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to influence product roadmap and account plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, and/or Project Management roles.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience implementing, operating, and/or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant distributed DBMSs.
  • •Technical breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems software engineering, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, System or Network Administration, and big data.
  • •Experience leading and shipping large scope technical projects with multiple engineers.
  • •Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure as a service (e.g., EC2)
