Key Responsibilities

•Greet clients entering the store with enthusiasm and provide courteous, knowledgeable service.
•Determine client needs and suggest products to meet those needs; communicate product knowledge as appropriate.
•Provide makeovers to clients as required and participate in brand training for designated team members.
•Assist with inventory control and communicate inventory issues to the Manager; ensure compliance with sampling policies.
•Support operational excellence and cashier functions as needed and stay informed about store events and loss prevention programs.
