Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the global post-order CoE operational lead for assigned MTDC strategic accounts and ensure consistent execution and customer experience.
  • •Serve as the primary operations interface between Eaton and MTDC customers following contract award, aligning commercial commitments with regional execution capabilities.
  • •Drive adoption of standardized global execution models, operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and performance visibility via dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
  • •Proactively identify delivery, capacity, quality, and schedule risks, and lead structured mitigations and escalations with regional and functional leaders.
  • •Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Services, and regional delivery teams, and champion continuous improvement and scalability initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in operations, strategic accounts, program management, or complex project execution.
  • •Experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, power systems, or large-scale capital projects.
  • •Familiarity with global framework agreements, long-cycle projects, and multi-region execution models.
  • •Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methodologies; exposure to agile, hybrid, or ProLaunch-style methodologies.
