Aviation Programme Director

Lead the strategy, work winning, and delivery of major aviation programmes across the UK & Ireland, reporting to the Sector Director. Drive the sector’s 3-year growth plan, manage end-to-end bid activity for opportunities ≥$5M, and build long-term client relationships. Oversee profitable delivery across schedule, cost, quality, governance compliance, cashflow, and reporting, while championing safety, health, environment, and wellbeing.
