Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
  • •Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using assigned totes or carts.
  • •Use the company’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
  • •Safely transport waste using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters/compactors/chute rooms.
  • •Provide additional assigned services (e.g., porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up) and maintain quiet, efficient work while communicating with a supervisor/manager.

  • •Lift up to 25 lbs. and repeat motions with hands and arms; climb stairs and work outdoors in varying weather.
