Assist the Director of Operations and Operations Managers in overseeing Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas’ food, beverage, and bowling operations. Monitor and improve staffing, service areas, inventory par levels, and costs of sales to drive profitability and operational performance. Lead employee direction, support hiring pre-screening, and ensure compliance with health code standards for an “A” status while delivering strong guest service.

Key Responsibilities

•Review all areas (restaurant, bars, bowling lanes, service areas) to improve staffing levels, working conditions, and guest service quality.
•Monitor and evaluate food, beverage, and bowling area performance to drive ongoing operational and financial improvements.
•Review cost of sales, inventory par levels, and policies/procedures to implement operational changes and allocate resources efficiently.
•Assist with pre-screening, retaining, motivating, evaluating, and directing employees with adequate guidance and resources.
•Ensure all areas adhere to strict health code guidelines to maintain an “A” status.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of food and beverage production and preparation techniques.
•Familiarity with food and beverage service techniques and sales strategies.
•Familiarity with food service and beverage service equipment.
•Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all levels of employees.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
