Job Summary

Own end-to-end business analysis and reporting initiatives, translating stakeholder goals into reliable requirements, data solutions, and automation workflows. Serve as CRM superadmin to maintain data quality, configurations, access management, and workflows. Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and SQL queries, design ETL/ELT pipelines, and prototype AI/LLM-powered productivity improvements. Partner with teams across sales, operations, customer success, and reporting to measure success and improve process consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and validate end-to-end business solutions by translating stakeholder goals, processes, and needs into clear requirements and system-ready solutions.
•Own complex initiatives from discovery through rollout by coordinating across teams and facilitating key decisions.
•Act as CRM superadmin, owning day-to-day CRM maintenance, configurations, access management, workflows, and process consistency.
•Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI and SQL, writing and optimizing queries to deliver accurate KPIs.
•Design, document, and support ETL/ELT data pipelines and identify automation opportunities using Python scripts, APIs, and low-code/no-code tools.

Key Requirements

•3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst, or in a similar role.
•Comfort working at the intersection of business analysis, BI, data processes, CRM management, and automation.
•Working knowledge of Power BI, including report building, data modeling, calculated measures, and KPI design.
•Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data from multiple sources.
•Experience with Python for analytics/automation and with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), plus APIs and workflow automation tools (e.g., Make.com).
