Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with CTOs, engineering leads, and other technical leaders to share roadmaps, demonstrate innovations, and define solution strategies.
  • •Lead technical discussions and solution deep dives with users to clarify the value Stripe can provide.
  • •Advocate internally for customer needs and influence product direction and priorities with product engineering.
  • •Create technical content such as reference architectures and demos and deliver thought leadership at industry conferences.
  • •Partner with Sales to technically qualify opportunities and design solutions that enable payment transactions and simplify financial operational processes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant work experience in a mix of pre-sales, technical architecture, technical consulting, application delivery, or technical engineering, including at least 4 years in customer-facing pre-sales.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of software architecture with breadth across technology stacks and deep hands-on skills.
  • •Ability to write code and credibly explain product feature and API architecture concepts.
  • •Experience working with large enterprise customers.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to large audiences in German and English.
