Key Responsibilities

  • •Process daily teller transactions including deposits, loan payments, check cashing, savings withdrawals, and night/mail deposits.
  • •Provide client account services such as cashier’s checks, savings bonds, consumer credit card applications, and special requests (e.g., closing accounts, foreign currency exchange, statements, and referrals).
  • •Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities by determining client needs and directing clients to a banker.
  • •Reconcile cash drawers by counting, packaging currency and coin, submitting excess/mutilated cash, and maintaining appropriate cash supplies.
  • •Follow bank operations and security procedures while maintaining accurate records in 360View and participating in training.
