Job Summary

Lead and inspire the bar team at One&Only The Palm, overseeing daily bar operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Manage beverage service, quality, recipes, inventory, stock levels, and cost control through audits and waste minimization. Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and accurate cash handling. Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to drive revenue opportunities and memorable hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the daily operations of the bar to ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
•Lead, train, coach, and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding beverage experiences.
•Monitor beverage quality and ensure drinks are prepared according to established recipes and brand standards.
•Manage inventory, stock levels, requisitions, and storage; control beverage costs via audits and waste minimization.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations, including opening/closing procedures.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale bar environment, with proven bar operations and team leadership.
•Strong beverage knowledge and ability to prepare drinks according to established recipes and brand standards.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
•Ability to manage inventory, stock levels, requisitions, storage, and control beverage costs through audits and waste minimization.
•Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
