Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading human subjects research in a technical product development environment.
  • •2+ years of direct people management experience coaching researchers across disciplines and levels.
  • •Experience supporting research for consumer hardware, sensors, wearables, connected devices, or other physical products.
  • •Familiarity with physical product development processes such as early prototyping, iterative testing, and feasibility explorations.
  • •Data-driven approach to strategic planning, comfort reviewing metrics, and measuring research ROI and impact.
