Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement a scalable architecture for the problem-resolution tool with strict performance standards for high concurrent query volume.
•Lead the technical team with a collaborative mindset to align frontend and backend development.
•Design and build frontend and backend components for an intuitive user interface and robust data processing logic.
•Identify and integrate new technologies (including AI examples like Verdi) to improve efficiency and effectiveness for recurring issues.
•Document processes and architecture best practices to transfer knowledge and support the tool’s functionality across the team.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge of the software development process and its lifecycle.
•Strong backend development technologies: Go, Java, Python, and frontend technologies including JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
•In-depth understanding of relational and non-relational databases and their differences.
•Expertise with architecture documentation tools and practices such as C4 Model, ADRs, RFCs, and Open APIs.
•Knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous and synchronous communication (e.g., messaging, REST), plus observability and monitoring techniques.
