Job Summary

Design and lead end-to-end migrations from legacy CPQ and billing platforms to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, owning solution design across product catalog, pricing, contract/subscription, and billing history. Define data lineage, manage Source vs Target system depth, and architect ERP integrations for revenue recognition and AR/GL posting. Configure Agentforce agents for revenue use cases post go-live, run discovery and cutover planning, and establish reusable migration standards within the Migration Factory.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Technical Lead for Revenue Cloud migration workstreams, architecting the transition from legacy CPQ/billing platforms to Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and RLM.
•Own solution design for product catalog and pricing migration, and architect contract/subscription migration and billing migration strategies.
•Define end-to-end data lineage for Revenue Cloud objects and lead discovery workshops to uncover legacy CPQ and billing logic, exceptions, and approval hierarchies.
•Architect ERP integration for revenue recognition, AR and GL posting, and ensure data flows correctly to SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite post go-live.
•Design Agentforce agent configurations for revenue use cases and lead cutover planning/execution while establishing reusable migration standards.

Key Requirements

•10+ years developing enterprise Salesforce technology and revenue operations solutions, including 5+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience with at least 2 end-to-end CPQ/Billing migration projects.
•Ability to architect product catalog and pricing migration, mapping legacy product hierarchies, bundle structures, SKUs, price books, discount schedules, and pricing waterfall logic to Salesforce CPQ.
•Deep expertise in contract and subscription migration, preserving relationship integrity and history for active contracts, amendments, renewals, subscriptions, and asset records.
•Experience with Salesforce Billing including billing schedules, invoice generation, usage-based billing, and tax/payment integration and workflows.
•Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) and revenue recognition mapping (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) to Salesforce Billing and ERP posting.
