Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Master Data domain during international deployments of SAP S/4HANA Retail and support subsidiaries throughout project phases.
  • •Run workshops with business teams, analyze requirements, identify gaps with the Group Core Model, and design adapted functional solutions.
  • •Participate in SAP configuration, write functional specifications, and coordinate testing campaigns to ensure delivery quality.
  • •Own data migration topics: coordinate data cutover/recovery activities and ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness.
  • •Ensure consistency between SAP and partner applications by collaborating with Product Reference, Architecture, and Integration teams.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience as a SAP Consultant or SAP Project Manager, with expertise in Master Data topics in SAP Retail or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Master Data reference processes (Business Partners, Articles, Pricing, organizational structures, and data migration).
  • •Experience with SAP configuration and understanding of data integration challenges.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively in international contexts with coordination, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • •Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and a service mindset to support transformation ambitions.
