Review physician medication orders and prescriptions for appropriate drug therapy, monitor patient medication profiles for interactions and adverse reactions, and provide drug information and patient counseling. Manage pharmacy workflows including controlled drug documentation, medication stock, storage inspections, inventory/cycle counts, and reports for regulatory compliance. Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff while ensuring confidentiality, quality, and client expectations are met.
