Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integration architecture and design through deep technical discovery into Remote and partner APIs, including data mapping, authentication, and compliance considerations.
  • •Prioritize integration and app work based on customer needs, product impact, feasibility, operational complexity, and repeatability.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional execution by translating customer/partner requirements into technical specs, managing dependencies, and unblocking delivery.
  • •Ensure integration quality and reliability across data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability.
  • •Establish KPIs for technical performance and customer/business outcomes, and codify repeatable patterns, reference architectures, and playbooks based on integration learnings.
