Lead and elevate the Arabic A Language department for native speakers, driving academic excellence through strategic planning, curriculum vertical alignment, and data-informed interventions. Oversee teaching quality through observations, learning walks, assessment moderation, and reporting while mentoring staff via CPD and performance management. Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE MoE and KHDA frameworks, and embed UAE heritage and national identity through culturally rich events and strong parent partnerships.
