Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, and quality/risk identification elements.
  • •Define project delivery resources, run standard requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity, with accurate and timely coordinated documentation.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives, track status/variances, and develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; an equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to apply judgment from multiple information sources.
  • •Ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • •Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset, including clear communication of difficult or sensitive information.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
