Job Summary

Lead requirements definition and elaboration for PEGA-based solutions, translating business needs into PEGA-centric requirements, user stories, and process flows. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation and elaboration for PEGA-based solutions, translating business needs into PEGA-centric requirements, user stories, and process flows
•Collaborate with business SMEs to capture needs and ensure alignment with PEGA workflows, decisioning and case management
•Coordinate with PEGA development teams to ensure accurate implementation of PEGA solutions
•Provide ongoing development support through clarifications, backlog refinement, and pre-UAT testing
•Support sprint reviews by demonstrating PEGA use cases and expected business outcomes

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large transformation or automation initiatives
•Strong hands-on experience working with PEGA platform (case management, BPM, workflows, decisioning)
•Experience in Agile delivery models with solid understanding of Agile ceremonies
•Ability to bridge business requirements and technical PEGA implementations
•Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
