Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full fragrance development cycle for complex fragrance projects of the assigned accounts in Local & regional customers – managing all aspects of the fragrance development project from brief to adoption and deliver winning fragrance themes that answer client and consumer needs, integrating innovative solutions that align with brand strategy.
•Collaborate and partner with Perfumers, Sales, Technical Development Teams, Marketing, Consumer Insights and Commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients, co-creating fragrance strategies, sound boarding ideas and nurturing client relationships.
•Participate in Category strategy definition and execution (across functions: CMI, Technical Resources, CI, perfumers, sales)
•Maintain a vast and up to date awareness of scented products across assigned categories, to identify long-term olfactive trends and initiate proactive development aligned with market needs.
•Coach junior FDMs on evaluation techniques and trends, setting olfactive standards within the team.

Key Requirements

•University degree in related area
•8-10 consecutive years within fragrance development with experience in various categories especially FINE FRAGRANCE
•Olfactive trained and proven track record of successful fragrance launches
•Digital savviness, great communication, organization, and project management skills
•Ability to work well independently and in a group
