Key Responsibilities

•Embed with non-technical stakeholders across functions to understand workflows in depth and define problems clearly.
•Surface high-impact automation opportunities and translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions.
•Build automations and internal tools using AI-native platforms, scripting, APIs, and pragmatic approaches.
•Ship working V1s quickly for stakeholder validation and scale once value is proven.
•Harden prototypes for production with reliability, observability, error handling, and reusable components.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Track record of building and shipping automations, internal tools, or AI-powered workflows with measurable business impact.
•Strong fluency with modern AI tooling (LLMs, agents, RAG, prompt design) and comfort wiring together APIs, scripts, and no-code/low-code platforms.
•Business-first mindset: start with the problem and user, sharpen problem definitions through the right questions.
•Resourcefulness and bias to action: ship a working V1 in days, iterate from there.
•Comfort with data and a mindset for scale: know when to build for the whole org vs. one-off solutions.
