Senior Manager, People & Culture Business Partner

Partner with Meals & Beverages and Snacks leadership to design and execute talent and organizational strategies that drive business performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to category leaders, shaping a unified people strategy, leading integration and onboarding efforts, and strengthening talent pipelines, succession planning, and development. Provide day-to-day HR business partner support across recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and engagement within a complex, matrixed organization.
