Support the Growth team by centralizing customer engagement coordination and pipeline management for a rapidly expanding defense technology organization. Maintain CRM discipline, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, prepare customer and conference briefing materials, and capture detailed notes and action items. Own conference/trade show execution logistics and post-event follow-up tracking, improving responsiveness and consistent execution across a growing portfolio of defense programs.

•Support customer engagement activities across the Growth team, including meeting coordination, follow-ups, and engagement tracking.
•Maintain organized customer interaction and engagement records in the company CRM, including notes, action items, and outcomes.
•Prepare customer, meeting, conference, and engagement briefing materials for Growth leadership, including distributing action items and summaries after meetings.
•Manage conferences, trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events from planning through execution, including logistics and attendee coordination.
•Track post-event engagement activity and coordinate follow-up actions within the CRM, including supporting Growth presence during external engagements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

•Proficiency with presentation tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
