Lead Product Development Manager

Lead delivery of Lumen Consumer product initiatives for the portfolio roadmap, owning on-scope, on-time, and on-budget outcomes across multiple cross-functional partners. Drive business outcomes (financial, customer experience, employee experience) through stage-gate and rapid-to-staged development, intake through delivery and launch, and change management. Establish relationships across Product Management, engineering, architecture, finance, operations, sales, and external partners to transition programs from ideation to lifecycle management.
