Provide a welcoming, stylist-assisted shopping experience for Kate Spade customers by using strong product knowledge to identify needs, recommend styling options, and create complete looks. Drive sales through customer engagement and brand storytelling while maintaining operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions. Work a flexible retail schedule and use feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
