Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform seasonal grounds duties as directed.
  • •Operate mowing, trimming, blowers/vacuums, chainsaws, brushing saws, chipper, and hand tools.
  • •Maintain beautification standards: inspect grounds, pick up/dispose debris, remove/repair graffiti, clean drains/gutters/troughs.
  • •Plant, trim, prune, and water shrubs, trees, flowers, turf, cacti, and other vegetation; perform irrigation activities.
  • •Assist with maintenance of parking lots/surfaces, haul materials, and remove weeds using approved methods; install outdoor signs and barriers as required.

Key Requirements
