Key Responsibilities

  • •Own responsibility for accurate and timely submission of consolidated books of accounts and financial reports.
  • •Ensure period-end issuance of consolidated Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, Statement of Changes in Equity, and schedules.
  • •Ensure compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines and support RPT compliance including related-party schedules/reconciliation at period-end.
  • •Ensure correct accounting for critical items such as ESOP and business combinations, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • •Assist external auditors with timely, complete responses and use technology systems to improve consolidation efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in financial consolidation (preferably in similar industry).
  • •Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP systems and finance consolidation tools.
  • •Strong understanding of local and global financial accounting standards and accounting principles.
  • •Expertise in tools and systems for financial consolidation.
  • •Ability to maintain extremely high accuracy and ensure timely, error-free statutory financial reporting.
