Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a systematic marketing strategy for CapCut’s AI event ecosystem in LATAM, building branded AI creative event IPs and campaigns.
  • •Partner with product teams to design and optimize event mechanisms, workflows, and participation experiences for high-quality AI creators.
  • •Collaborate with regional marketing and LATAM teams to build relationships with brands, agencies, creator communities, and industry partners, and execute AIGC creative events.
  • •Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential AI creators across LATAM, designing long-term engagement and incentive programs to improve creator retention.
  • •Plan and launch benchmark AI creator campaigns and case studies; monitor performance and optimize event operations and creator growth strategies based on data and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of experience in content marketing, event operations, creator/influencer operations, or related fields.
  • •Familiarity with AI image or video creation tools and an existing network of AIGC creators/resources.
  • •Strong understanding of the LATAM marketing landscape and major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • •Proven ability in campaign planning, creative event ideation, data analysis, and cross-functional project management.
  • •Fluent English and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, cross-border environment.
