Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Resident Engineer/Senior Resident Engineer with site activities to ensure execution per construction documents and specifications.
  • •Liaise with authorities and clients on site requirements; coordinate with discipline engineers on site.
  • •Supervise quality assurance inspection staff and sub-consultants to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
  • •Support contract administration by assuming the Engineer’s Delegate role as needed.
  • •Monitor safety, oversee daily documentation/observations, manage non-conformance reports, review inspectors’ and sub-consultants’ daily work reports, and lead weekly progress meetings in the RE’s absence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in civil engineering/bridges projects.
  • •Minimum 5 years supervising marine bridges, underpasses, or grade separated junctions.
  • •Relevant experience supervising works and leading a team with client coordination and strong reporting/communication.
  • •Experience with FIDIC-based contracts (or equivalent).
