Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, develop, and execute product and service development or certification programs within approved budget and schedule constraints.
  • •Introduce the product through the factory and arrange training for the Sales and Operations team.
  • •Lead cross-functional, cross-cultural, and virtual program teams across technology, sales, marketing, sourcing, manufacturing, customer support, and training.
  • •Use the NPI process to achieve customer deliverables and manage program milestones for schedule, cost, and objectives.
  • •Build and integrate the program team and negotiate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and achieve program goals.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in project/program management for multidisciplinary (electronics + mechanical + software) programs.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle for hardware and software.
  • •Experience with earned value management and basic PM areas including cost, time, risk, and integration management.
  • •Expert in Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools.
