Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites safely and efficiently while following laws and dispatch instructions.
  • •Maintain communication with the dispatcher or plant manager; check delivery tickets for special instructions and complete them.
  • •Load and unload materials safely (including climbing ladders as needed, handling mixer chutes, and adding admixtures when necessary).
  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance/repair issues, and maintain cleanliness of the truck and drum.
  • •Collect money from customers and record transactions; complete ticket paperwork and respond to basic product knowledge questions.

Key Requirements
