Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-assisted tools, workflow automations, agents, prompts, and integrations to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
•Convert high-friction business workflows into secure, reliable, measurable AI capabilities, partnering with stakeholders and teams.
•Develop reusable AI components (connectors, adapters, prompt modules, data pipelines, skill templates, service wrappers) and maintain shared libraries.
•Implement responsible AI controls (data handling, access management, prompt safety, output validation, audit logging, secure integration patterns) and support governance reviews.
•Measure impact via telemetry and dashboards, support model/prompt/agent lifecycle activities, and track usage, adoption, policy adherence, and cost/ROI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Progressively build enterprise software, automation, data, AI, or digital workplace solutions.
•Integrate large language models, generative AI tools, APIs, RAG systems, agents, prompt workflows, or AI-assisted automation into production/enterprise environments.
•Apply strong software engineering fundamentals including API design, testing, observability, documentation, secure coding, and maintainable patterns.
•Build integrations with enterprise systems, collaboration platforms, knowledge repositories, data platforms, or workflow automation tools.
•Use AI governance concepts (access controls, data classification, audit logging, prompt safety, output validation, model/prompt versioning) and instrument telemetry for metrics/cost monitoring.

Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
