CSR/Teller - Broadway/Louisville, KY - Full-Time

Provide excellent customer service in a busy financial center by listening to customers’ needs, answering questions, and following up to resolve issues. Manage day-to-day teller operations including cash handling and balancing records while following bank policies. Maintain customer confidentiality, adhere to conduct/ethics requirements, and refer customers to appropriate bankers and business partners using tracking tools.
