Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and troubleshoot hybrid enterprise network infrastructure in the NOC for external customers and internal users.
  • •Investigate and restore network services across on-premises, AWS, and Microsoft Azure during incidents, changes, maintenance, and RCA.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to isolate, troubleshoot, and fix network-related issues, including deep dives on complex ongoing problems.
  • •Support incident triage and operational insights using monitoring tools, automation initiatives, AIOps, and AI-assisted operational capabilities.
  • •Develop and improve operational runbooks, troubleshooting workflows, and knowledge management, and participate in technical bridge calls and planning meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12 years of experience supporting enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching) and SD-WAN solutions (Versa SD-WAN, Cisco Viptela SD-WAN) with hands-on exposure to Cisco, Arista, and Juniper.
  • •Hands-on experience with network security and application delivery platforms including F5 BIG-IP and Citrix NetScaler, plus Palo Alto and Cisco ASA security technologies.
  • •Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network incidents across data center, WAN, internet, cloud, and hybrid environments while maintaining high availability.
  • •Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, load balancing, traffic management, firewall policies, NAT, and VPN technologies.
  • •Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to provide clear updates to business unit management and represent the team professionally during stressful incidents.
