Key Responsibilities

•Prepare accounting reports and increasingly complex accounting analyses using spreadsheets and financial applications, while identifying and resolving issues.
•Download and review weekly supplier payment proposals to ensure accurate accounting allocation, issue payment certificates, and prepare biweekly and monthly tax withholding reports.
•Review general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies, aged balances, or deviations and take corrective actions within internal controls.
•Prepare and post journal vouchers, research and resolve basic accounting issues, maintain proper documentation, and collaborate with Treasury.
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and exposure to moderately complex aspects of accounting, internal controls, financial analysis and forecasting.

Key Requirements

•Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Public Accounting, Business, or a related field (mandatory)
•Minimum of nine (9) months to three (3) years of experience in accounting-related roles
•Knowledge of country-specific accounting principles
•Experience or exposure to accounts payable, supplier payments, or treasury processes
•Experience preparing and posting journal entries
