Senior Labor Planning Analyst to help maintain capacity for US distribution operations by creating weekly labor plans, tracking deviations, assessing risks, and collaborating with Staffing, HR, Logistics and Operations to drive data-based planning and continuous improvement of tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Create weekly labor plans with the Labor Planning team
•Track progress to and deviations from the plan and perform root cause analysis
•Identify potential operational risks and communicate planned changes to staffing, HR, logistics, and operations leaders
•Utilize production planning tools and track performance to ensure successful execution of production plans
•Contribute to continuous improvement of Labor Planning tools and processes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,250 - 83,125 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree - Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain preferred
•Organizational skills, attention to detail and data driveness
•Excellent interpersonal, math, and written/verbal communication skills
•Proficiency and experience in Google sheets and/or MS Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
•1 - 2 years of experience in positions that require analysis and influencing stakeholders using data interpretation
