Job Summary

Graduate geotechnical engineer joining the ADVANCE program to gain broad, hands-on experience across geotechnical investigations, ground modeling, shallow and deep foundation design, earthworks, slope and ground improvement design, and seismic/geotechnical design under supervision. 24-month development path with structured learning and exposure to design software and real projects within a global infrastructure firm.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in engineering design under supervision of a senior engineer across geotechnical investigations, ground modeling and design decisions
•Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams and final working drawings under supervision
•Collect and analyze data to support geotechnical assessments and design tasks
•Use software tools to solve basic engineering problems and contribute to project budgets and schedules
•Support the ADVANCE program deliverables and participate in learning activities to develop technical and professional skills

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Geology, or Geotechnical-related field from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred
•Interest in Geotechnical Investigations, ground modeling, shallow and deep foundation design, earthworks, slope design, ground improvement and seismic design
•Familiarity with or willingness to learn Slope/W/Slide, Seep/W, Plaxis 2D/RS2/Sigma/W, Repute, Group and LPile
•Ability to conduct engineering design and data analysis under supervision; work within budget and schedule
•Strong analytical and design skills developed through academic and early career experiences
