Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design, versioning, and long-term maintainability of Hyperbound’s public APIs.
  • •Build and maintain integrations that connect Hyperbound to customer CRM, dialer, and communications tools.
  • •Handle OAuth flow behavior when identity providers behave undocumented.
  • •Investigate and fix production integration failures (rate limits, webhook issues, and data consistency problems).
  • •Work with the founding team to decide what gets built next and which partnerships to prioritize.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience with API design patterns, versioning, and long-term maintainability.
  • •Fluency in OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect to secure data moving between systems.
  • •Experience working in the weeds of other companies’ APIs and understanding their quirks.
  • •Track record of owning an end-to-end area and shipping fast with limited guardrails.
  • •Experience with production systems and CI/CD on AWS is a bonus.
