Key Responsibilities

•Advisor coaching: Conduct one-on-one and team coaching sessions to enhance advisor skills in communication, client acquisition, and retention, while fostering behaviors that support continuous growth.
•Subject matter expertise: Act as the primary stakeholder for the execution and adoption of GDWM and the GPS platform in the region of coverage, obtaining in-depth knowledge of the business unit/function.
•Sales development: Assist advisors in implementing effective prospecting and consultative revenue-generating techniques to expand their practice.
•Training facilitation: Lead workshops on topics such as client relationship management, goal-setting, and business development strategies.
•Performance monitoring: Track advisor progress against development plans and provide actionable feedback to reinforce desired behaviors and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,775 - 184,965 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or sales coaching.
•Proven ability to influence and drive behavioral change within teams.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Experience in training or coaching roles within financial services preferred.
