Rental Coordinator

Coordinate the full rental experience at a Carlin, Nevada facility, responding to inbound leads and guiding customers through the EquipmentShare process. Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and keep customers updated on ways to improve their business. Use the company’s proprietary T3 platform to ensure customers receive the right equipment at the right time, while developing strategies to grow market share and improve customer experience.
