Marketing Campaign Analyst

Drive end-to-end measurement and performance tracking for Bitpanda marketing campaigns across brand, CRM, influencer, and product initiatives. Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to define KPIs, design dashboards and reporting frameworks, and translate marketing metrics into clear recommendations. Support incentive campaign operations, analyze customer journeys and attribution, and lead A/B testing and incrementality analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve customer experiences.
