Job Summary

Drive long-range demand and sourcing guidance for indirect commodities, shaping commodity strategies that balance cost, availability, and risk. Partner with Product Group, Product Operations, Procurement, and Global Planning to align and execute planning strategies. Lead demand sensing, supply planning, transition planning, and risk mitigation, and act as the primary stakeholder interface to improve supply continuity and operational performance for Asia Pacific Japan & Greater China.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop long-range demand and sourcing guidance and commodity strategies balancing cost, availability, and risk.
•Partner with Product Group, Product Operations, Procurement, and Global Planning to align and execute planning strategies.
•Manage market commodity long-range sourcing guidance with Global Commodity planning & procurement, including demand sensing, supply planning, transition planning, and risk mitigation.
•Serve as business owner for commodity-level supportability, demand sensing, transition planning, and performance measurements.
•Act as primary stakeholder interface/POC for designated commodities, leading transition planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields.
•Strong business and financial acumen with advanced data modeling skills (e.g., Excel, analytics tools).
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
•Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
