Job Summary

Own global category sourcing strategy and execute initiatives that deliver best overall value while managing quality and risk through complex, well-structured contracts. Lead cross-functional teams of category and subject-matter experts through strategic sourcing, RFPs, and negotiations for high-impact spend categories. Partner with senior business leaders to translate requirements into sourcing approaches, manage supplier relationships and diversity objectives, and use AI-enabled tools to improve procurement speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories or projects, including long-range objectives, performance goals, and metrics.
•Support multi-year category roadmaps, opportunity pipelines, and performance dashboards to drive value, resilience, compliance, and continuous improvement.
•Lead complex sourcing, RFP, and negotiation efforts using commercial judgment to balance value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and category strategy.
•Partner with global and regional business leaders to translate needs into sourcing approaches and enable business outcomes.
•Manage supplier relationships, including supplier diversity objectives, supplier reviews, renewals/extensions/transitions, and drafting/negotiating business and commercial contract language in collaboration with legal.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of procurement experience in Marketing, Corporate Services, and/or Technology, including experience with complex contracts and supplier relationships.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to drive results.
•Experience working with all levels of management, including “C” Level, with strong negotiation skills.
