Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain financial models, including three-statement operating models, merger models, and LBO-style frameworks where relevant.
  • •Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support financing and strategic outcomes.
  • •Develop corporate finance analyses such as peer benchmarking, valuation, and capital structure considerations.
  • •Produce valuations using DCF analysis, trading comparables, and transaction comparables, as appropriate.
  • •Prepare client-facing materials (e.g., pitchbooks and management presentations) and support transaction documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience or previous internship in investment banking or closely related corporate finance with strong analytical foundations.
  • •Ability to build and review financial models and valuations to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Familiarity with market and company intelligence tools such as FactSet, Capital IQ, or Bloomberg.
